• Coverage: nationwide delivery across Bangladesh.
• Timing: typically 3–5 business days; inside Dhaka is usually faster.
• Charges: the delivery charge for your area is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Cash on Delivery: available across Bangladesh. New or high-risk orders may need a small advance to confirm.
• Tracking: once your parcel ships you can follow it live from your account or order page.

Exchanges

• Enjoy an easy 7-day exchange from the date you receive your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their tags attached.
• Exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
• Sale or final-clearance items may be non-exchangeable — this is noted on the product.

How to request an exchange

Reply to your order confirmation SMS, or reach us on the Contact page with your order number, and our team will guide you through it.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
