How long does delivery take?
Typically 3–5 business days nationwide. Inside Dhaka is usually faster. You'll get an SMS when your order ships and can track it live.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh. For first-time or high-risk orders we may ask for a small advance delivery payment to confirm the order.
What payment methods can I use?
Cash on Delivery and bKash. The delivery charge for your area is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
Open your order from your account (or the order confirmation page) and tap ‘Track your parcel’ to see the live courier status. Guests can track by order number + phone.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — we offer a 7-day exchange on unworn items with tags attached. See the Shipping & Returns page for details.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page lists the available sizes. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us and we'll help you pick.
Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?
Not yet — we currently deliver within Bangladesh only.
